Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery times vary: USA (3–15 business days), UK (6–12), Canada (8–15), Australia (7–15). Tracking is provided for all orders.
How can I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order on our tracking page.
What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos/video and your order number. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.
Do you accept returns?
We don’t accept returns for change of mind. Refunds or replacements are provided for defective, damaged, or incorrect items only.
Can I change my shipping address?
You can update your address within 6 hours of placing your order. After that, we can’t guarantee changes.
